Hello and thank you for stopping by Fresh Dill and Parsley, my personal food blog! My name is Raluca and I love to cook. At Fresh Dill and Parsley you will find recipes I have cooked over and over again as well as experimental recipes. I hope you enjoy reading my blog and cooking from it.

Originally from Romania, I currently live, work, and cook in Boston. I started learning the art of cooking by watching my grandma cook and helping around the kitchen as a kid. As an adult, I continued my education by reading, watching cooking shows, talking to my great aunt, experimenting in the kitchen and taking cooking classes. My food is great, at least that's what those who have eaten my food tell me, but I continue to learn and explore. My experience is shared with you on this blog.

I believe in cooking with fresh, wholesome ingredients using good cooking technique, creativity, and tasting the food often.
